The apartment is offered partly furnished. The kitchenette consists of a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a hob, a dishwasher, basic cooking utensils, a dining table with 4 chairs and a foldable sofa. 

The 2 bedrooms (15 m2 and 19 m2) are not furnished.

If anything else is needed, just tell us and we can arrange it with the landlord.

Facilities

The apartment has just been finished so it is brand new, the building is after reconstruction and everything is brand new in this apartment. 

There is a large furnished rooftop terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the summer.

There is no lift in the building.

Price

The monthly rent is in the amount of 27 000 CZK + 4 000 CZK for utilities (water and electricity), including the Internet.

The refundable security deposit is in the amount of 31 000 CZK.

Conditions

The landlord prefers tenants for at least 1 year.
